Here at Sweetwater Fly Shop, we pride ourselves on offering exceptional customer service. We'll do everything we can to earn your return business. If you place an order for in-stock products before 2 p.m. (Mountain Time), we'll get your purchases shipped that day. If there is an issue with or question about your order, we will contact you that day (or the next, if the order is placed outside of store hours). 

Shipping Information

Sweetwater Fly Shop offers free standard domestic shipping on orders totaling $100 or more. Standard domestic shipping is $8 for orders totaling less than $100. Standard shipping is typically via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground. If you have a preference, please call us or leave a comment with your order. Our web store is currently set up to allow standard speed shipping only. If you require your purchases more quickly than that, please submit your order as usual and give us a call or leave a comment with the order and we'll be happy to quote you the actual cost of shipping your package. We do not currently ship to international addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience!

Due to a high volume of fraudulent orders, we currently do not allow the shipping address to be different from the billing address on the checkout page. If you require your order to be shipped to a different address, please place the order as usual and then contact us with the correct shipping address.

Guarantee & Returns

Your personal satisfaction is guaranteed for all purchases. Items purchased at full retail price may be returned for refund or exchange up to 30 days after the date of receipt, with the exception of flies. Returned items must be in new, unused condition. If you have a problem with an item after initial use, we will help you work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue. Returns by anyone other than the original purchaser are for exchange or store credit only. Refunds are for the purchase price of the item(s) only, and do not include initial shipping cost or return postage. All sales of flies and sale/closeout items are final.
